Cancellation Policy
Dear valued client,
If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled appointment and need to reschedule, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Your thoughtfulness and consideration are greatly appreciated. If something unexpected arises and you are unable to make it to your appointment or there is a NO-SHOW, please be aware that the prepaid, non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. This is because it becomes difficult for me to offer the 1-4 hour slot to another client on such short notice. The deposit serves as a fair cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. If you wish to make a new appointment after the 48-hour cancellation or no-show period, a new deposit will be required.
